WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Designer-Cushions.com adheres to the highest standards in our customers' privacy. All information (including customer accounts, transactions, and all correspondence), is handled with the utmost discretion.

Collection of Personal Information

The only personal information collected by Designer-Cushions.com through our web site is information which is submitted to us voluntarily and knowingly by site visitors. When you simply browse our sites, no personal information is collected by Designer-Cushions.com.
Some functions and services offered through our site require that you provide certain personal information, for example, when you order a product, or register for a mailing list, we may need your postal or e-mail address.

Designer-Cushions.com will not share e-mail addresses and postal addresses we collect through our Web sites with any third parties

E-mail messages

If you send Designer-Cushions.com an e-mail message, we may retain that message and your e-mail address, as well as any response we send you.

By using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at anytime. Please check this page periodically for any changes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

POSTAGE / DELIVERY

When choosing your item and adding it to your shopping cart, there are options for all products that are the cover only. Please select either no inner, manmade inner, duck feather inner. Postage is calculated at cost on weight. This applies to all customers.

Most items are kept in stock, however, some items, due to popular demand will be handmade to order, this means that the fabric is in stock and available, should this not be the case then Designer-Cushions.com will email you with details. All items will be delivered within 7/14 days from the date of clearance of funds (most of the time a lot sooner) and obviously will take a bit longer to travel outside New Zealand. Please however be mindful that payments of any sort do have to clear the banking and Paypal system and without exception, goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. However, if goods are required urgently please email and we will endeavour to do our best to help in certain circumstances.

For outside New Zealand, Airmail is the ONLY method of shipping, we do not use Surface Mail due to the number of parcels going missing. Some countries may have import duty / levies that will need to be paid by the buyer.

RETURNS :

We are happy to accept returns provided the item is returned in the condition it was received, i.e. it is packed appropriately. Damaged parcels will not be accepted. We will either offer an exchange or refund. Postage will not be refunded, if free postage has been offered this will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued on return of the products. If for any reason you wish to return the products bought, then please email returns@designer-cushions.com with your explanation

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
